As Director of Product Management, Brian Elfrink leads the strategic product development for Experian Employer Services’ Tax Withholding, I-9 Compliance, and State & Local regulatory compliance solutions. His team is focused on incorporating client-inspired innovation to better help employers overcome challenges and improve compliance. Brian also manages new product initiative research, legislative analysis, and strategic product roadmap development. In addition, he is responsible for analyzing and tracking market and client needs for new requirements related to HR and Payroll tasks. Brian is a 17-year veteran in the HR Technology industry, helping employers improve their internal processes to save time, reduce costs and improve the employee experience.
