Elizabeth May leads customer success for Experian Employer Services, responsible for providing frictionless customer experiences for employer clients utilizing Experian’s HR, payroll and tax solutions. In her role she guides a growing team of 60+ members across multiple service lines tasked with anticipating customer needs through an understanding of their business processes using Experian Employer Services’ products. The Customer Success team drives favorable outcomes by leveraging analytics, gap analysis and compliance consultation.

Elizabeth’s experience includes 15 years in employer services. She has led some of the most complex service implementations and system integration builds in the industry – all with an emphasis on performance optimization and customer experience. Elizabeth builds, guides and mentors teams from recruitment on with a focus on trust and ensuring those she collaborates and partners with are heard and seen at every step.
