John Skowronski joined Experian Employer Services in 2020 to lead Tax Incentives, working with employers to maximize tax credit opportunities and uncover meaningful savings. He has over 30 years of experience working in the area of State and Local Taxation with a focus on Tax Credits and Incentives. Skowronski applies his extensive knowledge about this highly specialized area towards developing technology solutions to help companies manage their tax credit compliance and monitor their performance towards earning tax credit and incentive milestones.

Skowronski has held senior positions at large corporations, Big 4 financial firms as well as boutique firms specializing in Tax Credits and Incentives. He has managed many successful Site Selection projects and brought millions of dollars to companies’ bottom lines, but has found that managing the compliance of these programs, regardless of who secured them, has become an ever increasing need in the marketplace. He has built a team around the process to successfully facilitate and provide near-real-time reporting. He is a frequent speaker and author on these topics.
