Gifts ranked as the most popular email theme for November and December of last year, accounting for 39% of all retail emails during both months. Flash sales and friends and family ranked second and third in November, while shipping deadlines and daily deals held those rankings in December.
Companies can boost transaction rates and customer engagement by personalizing email communications and nurturing customers through triggered emails such as “Did you forget something?” and “Thanks for your purchase.”
