National Change of Address (NCOA) processing
More than 40 million Americans move every year
How does NCOA processing work?
First, you validate each name and address in your data file, employing USPS address correction to verify the correct address for each and every customer.
Once the address information is validated, each name and address will be matched against the NCOALink database, which contains change-of-address (COA) data gathered from the USPS on individuals, families, and businesses that have moved.
When a match is made against the NCOALink file, we will update the information with the current name and address from the USPS change of address database.
Our NCOA processing:
- Searches against 160 million records
- Matches names/addresses against the NCOALink database
- Meets NCOA database requirements to qualify for Standard and First-Class Mail discounts
- Can help to increase deliverability rates by 400%
Our NCOA processing software can save your business time and money.
