• Patient Estimates is a web-based pricing solution that is used by the patient access staff at the hospital and clinic levels to help increase collections and patient satisfaction.
• The Self-Service Patient Estimates solution is the patient-facing tool that allows patients to create their own estimates for services and helps meet the “Consumer-Friendly Shoppable Services” component of the OPPS Price Transparency Final Rule (CMS-1717-F2).
