You'll need to submit your bills so that negotiators can reference them as they work on getting you a lower price. Simply download a copy of your bill or snap a photo.
In BillFixer, use the "Upload bill" screen to submit these documents. BillFixer is secure and uses encryption to protect any personal information included on your bill.
3. Wait As BillFixer Negotiates Your Bills
While expert negotiators work to find your savings, you can sit back and relax. The negotiators can save you hours of time on the phone.
As they work to negotiate, they'll look for promotional rates, customer loyalty discounts, special packages and additional credits to help lower your bills.
If you grant BillFixer permission, it can simply negotiate in your name. Historically, this has gotten the best results for users. Alternatively, you can add BillFixer as an authorized user on your accounts or use a three-way phone call to help negotiate your account.
4. Enjoy Your Savings
Results are typically available within three to seven business days. When BillFixer finds savings, you get to keep 100% of the total via reduced bills, as BillFixer does not take a percentage of your savings.
