We welcome applications from all degree backgrounds onto our Graduate Programme. Be sure to highlight your transferable skills and passion on your CV.
Due to dynamic, innovative nature of our business, programmes can vary year on year. Here's a flavour of what could be on offer.
As a Data Analyst, your rotations could include building and monitoring the integrity of data models and tools or analysing and deriving insight from complex datasets to support the development of new and existing products and solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs to develop new, or configure existing products.
You’ll work in-depth with different business functions to assist in defining, launching and managing products or services in response to the needs of consumers or businesses across a range of market sectors. Being able to articulate complex data sets and seek trends will be pivotal to your success.
Your rotations could include positions in Infrastructure & Operations, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Data Platform, Security, Enterprise Architecture and our Corporate Project Management Office, providing a broad range of skills. You could also work an extended period in one of our global locations.
You’ll work with a variety of client and product portfolios initially supporting the team to achieve our objectives, as you develop a strong understanding of our products, tools and approach before establishing your own client relationships and career as an experienced account manager.
Working with key stakeholders in the business, our HR Graduates gain an insight into the Experian culture. You'll be applying your sensible judgement to maximise positive business impact, all whilst maintaining a commercial lense. It's about being agile, accountable and pragmatic. You will also need to thrive on developing your analytical skills, which will be essential to your success on the programme.
Be part of one of our regional or global finance teams. Working in finance will give you exposure to various aspects such as accounting control, balance sheets, financial and management reporting as well as budgeting and cost control. You'll work closely with key stakeholders ensuring the operational status quo remains, whilst also innovating the future of finance.
An agile, cross-functional part of our business that's forever advancing. From Product Owners, Developers and Designers through to Quality Assurance specialists, Software Engineers and Analysts. Your success rests on collaboration. Using modern technologies we're deploying new versions of our applications multiple times per day to form a cloud-native platform we are proud of, and that our customers love.
The beating heart of our business. Sitting within IT our Operation Analysts use technical expertise to understand and resolve issues. You'll pick up various skills including the ability to make a sound judgement call on escalating issues that require additional support. You'll have the opportunity to build your technical knowledge and open up future career paths.
