Looking forward by giving back
We embody the spirit of corporate responsibility through The Heart of Experian, our dedicated community involvement program committed to making a difference in our world.
Experian’s Got Your Back is our Orange County office’s signature volunteer event in partnership with Giving Children Hope. Each year, our employees fill over 1,000 backpacks with meals for children and their families facing food insecurity in Orange County.
Nearly 200 employees walked, ran or otherwise completed a 5K to raise funds and awareness for the Loveland Foundation, which provides therapy services to Black women and girls.
Combined with corporate donations, employees raised $190K for #FirstRespondersFirst benefitting frontline healthcare workers. Responding to xenophobia, Experian® also raised funds for meals from Asian-owned restaurants that we donated to local hospitals.
Every year, employees in Dallas work with the Dallas Ramp Project to build wheelchair ramps for low-income seniors and people with disabilities so they can safely come and go from their homes.
Le Tour de Experian is Experian’s cycling team that raises funds for causes like the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Over the years, they’ve cycled hundreds of miles together and have raised over $250,000 for these causes.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and since 2019, our employees have volunteered together to make items for children in local hospitals. They made no-sew blankets and beanies for NICU babies, and raised funds to support the hospitals’ needs.
During this difficult time, Heart of Experian supports charitable giving and mobilizes our employee base to drive impactful initiatives — such as shelter meal delivery, donation match and Feed Your Hospital. Through actions big and small, we can help each other and make a positive difference in our communities. Join the effort to help vulnerable groups. Together, we can create a better tomorrow.
Employees contributed over 21,500 volunteer hours through the Heart of Experian.
Employees raised more than $432,000 donated to 640 nonprofit organizations.
Experian matched employee contributions, delivering $621,000 to nonprofits.
“I’m in charge of the [Corporate Responsibility] initiatives in Chile since last year and it is one of the best experiences that I have ever had in my job. It’s amazing to be part of this and work with other colleagues to get synergy and generate activities in order to help those who are more in need.”
