A negotiated room rate of $299, plus applicable fees and taxes, is available to registered Vision 2025 attendees. All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel room.
Room reservations must be made by Wednesday, Sept. 3, to receive the discounted group rate.
Air travel
Conference attendees are responsible for making and paying for their own air travel reservations. Please contact your local provider to make your arrangements. The closest airports to the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa are Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).

JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is located approximately 19 miles from the Miami International Airport (MIA) and 12 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).
Taxis, rideshare services and shuttles, as well as all major rental car companies are available at the airport. The taxi fare is approximately $50 one way from MIA to the hotel. Rideshare fares vary. You’re responsible for your own arrival and departure transportation.
