The supplier portal is available to our approved suppliers in our markets as described in the FAQs.

The iSupplier portal gives you as a supplier control to view and amend your information, view confirmation of payment dates and view your purchase orders when you need to, allowing for real-time interaction and collaboration with us, eliminating the steps of contacting us by e-mail or phone.

iSupplier benefits include:

  • Secure self-service and management of company data
  • Access to view Purchase Orders
  • Access to view invoice status and scheduled payment date
  • Purchase Order, Invoice & Payment Data extraction

By using the iSupplier portal, Supplier (“You”) agree with the following obligations. Acceptance is considered if You click the below “Click Here” link and submit information. 

Obligations:

  1. You are responsible for entering all company and financial information correctly. You understand and agree that if You enter incorrect information:
    1. Payment for your invoices might be put on-hold 
    2. You will be responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your financial institution; 
    3. If You, or someone who is conducting themselves as You, provide incorrect information and funds were paid to an account that was not yours, You are responsible for contacting the financial institutions and retrieving your funds.  
  2. In the event there is unauthorized access or use of your bank account or Supplier profile You must notify (a) Experian as soon as possible and (b) your financial institution in accordance with their reporting procedures. Unauthorized access or use includes without limitation any malicious acts, phishing emails, forged, fabricated or other inaccurate, invalid or unauthorised documents or instructions (including electronic instructions and instructions given (or purportedly given) by or on behalf Supplier.  Experian shall in no event be liable or accountable for any damages or losses (whether direct or indirect) resulting from such unauthorized use.   If Experian paid the wrong financial account due to unauthorized use of your accounts, Experian shall not be obligated to pay any fees due again.  You waive and release Experian from liability of any claims (direct or indirect) related to such unauthorized use. iSupplier is provided “as is" without warranty of any kind, and no warranties, expressed or implied, are made in respect to iSupplier.
