BARCELONA, Spain - February 29, 2024.   Experian MicroAnalytics joined telecom industry experts from around the world at the Barcelona Mobile World Congress (MWC), the world’s largest mobile technology event. This year, MWC hosted more than 100,000 attendees and featured over 2,700 exhibitors, sponsors, and partners, making it the preeminent global event for innovation in mobile and digital industries.

Over four days, the MicroAnalytics leadership team joined keynote speakers and conference attendees in a series of workshops and brainstorming sessions, proposing creative new ways to solve emerging market challenges and opportunities that are set to transform the telecommunications sector. From innovations in AI and IoT to data-driven insights, the sessions progressed ways in which operators can enhance their market offerings and unlock new revenue streams.

Of most interest were solutions that directly improve telecom operators' revenue growth and profitability, including advanced churn prediction and retention strategies, Mobile Money loan products, and dynamic prepaid advances. These solutions boost customer retention, enhance financial inclusion, and empower telcos to offer more personalized, value-driven services.
