Experian Employer Services Hires Steve Solovic as Vice President, Unemployment Management Client Delivery

(May 22, 2024) -  In keeping with our commitment to provide a best-in-class client experience for employers, Experian Employer Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Solovic as Vice President, Unemployment Management Client Delivery.

Steve brings more than 15 years of Unemployment Management experience, serving employers at every step of the process from claims and hearings to overall process and strategy. He’ll be working to ensure our clients are best positioned for compliance within an ever-changing regulatory landscape, as well as controlling tax rates through reduction of unwarranted benefit charges, including those associated with fraudulent claims.

In his previous role as Staff Vice President, Operations at Centene Corporation, Steve drove multiple initiatives including vendor migrations and partnerships, operational efficiency and quality improvements for the shared service organization. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Unemployment Cost Management for Equifax Workforce Solutions. During his 14-year tenure with Equifax, Steve led efforts to create customer initiatives focused on unemployment compliance and tax issues.

Steve holds a JD, Employment Law from St. Louis University and resides in the St. Louis area with his wife and three children.
